unable to cancel live order

hi,
I placed an order in my BX00000-12 account and cant cancel or move it. Can you please cancel it and let me know if I am missing something?

Another order, another non-cancellation. The order shows up in goldenrod yellow so I think its considering it - but its been a while since I cancelled it and its still there. Is this a common NT desktop problem? Could just render all this untradeable..

Thank you for posting.

If your inquiry involves live orders, please always reach out to your broker's Orders Desk immediately to confirm and manage your live orders and positions.

Once you have closed the positions/orders with your broker please repair your database to remove the order from NinjaTrader.

• Disconnect NinjaTrader from any open connections
• Go to Tools->Database Management
• Expand Repair DB
• Click Repair
• Once finished restart NinjaTrader

That looks like the name of a Bulenox rithmic account, right? Were you able to cancel the trade in r trader pro as a backup?
