Tradovate/NT8 order duplicaion

I have an original Tradovate account. I trade using the NT desktop platform. I trade a 2-lot of /NQ. I generally have a takeprofit and a stop loss orders in place. Often, if I go flat, I will get a warning or error message abut exceeding margin. The platform seems to think margin for a 4-lot is required. When I close trades for a brief moment the gain on the trade will flash double the actual amount. No actual trades are being duplicated. However the platform or the backend FCM seems to think there are two duplicate orders. Is this because I am an original Tradovate customer?

Please use the following steps to send your log and trace files to the support team directly from your NinjaTrader Platform so we may investigate this behavior further:

• Within NinjaTrader, go to the Control Center > Help > Email Support...
• To: Set this to "Platform Technical Support"
• Subject: Copy and paste the Forum URL
• Attach: Attach a file, picture, or compressed file to share multiple files/pictures
• Body: Include the Order ID, Date, and Time this last occured
• Make sure 'Log and Trace files' is checked to include the requested files
  • Send the email
