price alerts not working

i can't get price alerts to work, i don't see what's wrong here?
i wanted to be alerted if price got down to 3382 or if it got up to 3408 that's it




here's my alert. here are my logs

as i write this, price has been below where i wanted to be notified, what am i doing wrong?

From the description of what you are wanting, you could try switching the Conditions to the "Cross above" and/or "Cross below" conditions and see if the Alert works as desired from there:

tried that yesterday. also didn't work. why do your alerts suck so much? i just want a simple price alert without having to find some indicator.
