Tick data missing for 5/2/25 on NQ

I have an indicator that uses a 10 second secondary series. There is no historical tick data for the NQ on 2025-05-02. When I refresh historical data, I get minute data, but no tick data.

Can you make sure the tick data is available

I loaded data using the 'My NinjaTrader' connection and can confirm that tick data is available for this data. Screenshots attached:







Are you using another connection? You can also verify that you have tick data available by going to Tools > Historical Data and ensuring that there are fields for the instrument and date you are looking for.

I went back and manually downloaded and it worked. Usually it just show up when I scroll back through the chart and choose "reload Historical Data"
