SP500 Index does not display candles

Hello,

The platform, as you can see in the screenshot, shows me the SP500 index values in this way, the candles are not displayed correctly. I specify that

1) I have an active and connected FXCM account.
2) I have downloaded the historical data

Would you be able to help me?

I have tested with a similar FXCM account and can confirm that I do not receive real time data for ^SP500 index and likely not offered with you account type. You can try exploring other market data providers such as Kinetick.
