Template not saving on Ninjatrader Desktop

Hi, I have just downloaded NT Desktop and trying to find my way around there.

I've configured it the way I want it, instrument, chart, Dom, etc.

I have saved it as a template.

On exiting NT by clicking the top right hand corner X on the control center - the only exit option I could find - I don't get the option of saving my workspace as is.

Instead I get a warning that any changes made to my workspace will be lost if I exit...

Bit of a catch-22 there.

I mean I can't really have to start from scratch every time I start NT with setting up everything the way I want it.

One thing I found is that my template IS kind of saved when I click on template in a chart window, BUT it opens with a totally different instrument and time bars where I had saved range bars, and the placement / location of the windows was all over my monitors as well.

What I would like:

Being able to save and then reopen for the next trading session a workspace where all my charts and DOM etc open with the exact configurations I had saved and in the exact same locations on my monitors I had placed them.

That would be great.

Ahb well that was me having a blonde moment haha.

I've now got everything setup the way I wanted it, by saving my setup as a workspace that then reopens the exact same way I exited it.

Must say I am very impressed by your platform, extremely intuitive and well thought out.
