walk forward optimization and anchored walk forward

On your support page it is indicated that:
Anchored Walk Forward optimization is similar to the Walk Forward Optimization. However, each optimization is run from the start time then increases the end date.
First I don't undestand the meaning of this sentence and second:
If I test the same strategy with the same parameters with walk forward optimization and anchored walk forward optimization I'll get different results.

Can you explain ?
