Help adding instrument

Hi I have been a NT user for years but just recently connected my Schwab account and want to add some instruments I can access from my Schwab account to my NT desktop. The first is listed under the ticker TNX on Schwab, it's the 10 year yield index on the CBOE exchange. I filled this in and mapped the symbol to Schwab, but when I try to pull up a chart no data loads, there is no time scale on the bottom even. Anyone know what I'm doing wrong?

Woops I don't know why they didn't attatch before. Here they are, and the last one is a chart pulled up that shows nothing.

And I would like to add that I did verify that my data was working on other stocks through my Schwab connection

Nevermind I didn't realize I needed to add a "$" in front of the symbol, I think because it is an index, not a tradable instrument?
