Ninja trader is not working at all in funded next futures

Hi I am vishal, i have taken the account in fundednext couple of days back and then the ninja desktop is not working at all as it stays in the single candle all the time when i open it is not moving forward as per the chart time

dont you think you should seek out your 'prop firm' ?
what makes you think it's a ninjatrader issue ?

Please go to the Connections menu and tell me what data provider you are connected to within NinjaTrader when you see this behavior and what instrument/expiry you have selected.
