"Edit Account" does not activate.

    "Edit Account" does not activate.


    Hi there, the "Edit Account" option does not activate.

    I want to run a playback, and need to increase the default $100K amount. While I can successfully initiate a Playback session, the "edit account" option is grayed out.

    I'm running playback sessions successfully on other computers, so it's not clear why it's failing on this particular setup. Thanks,

    Hello timmbbo,

    Thank you for posting.

    Please use the steps below to adjust the Initial Cash for the Playback account:
    • Disconnect from the Playback connection
    • Right click on the Sim101 account->Edit Account
    • Input a new Initial cash value
    • Click reset
    • Once completed connect to the Playback connection again
