Sorry, you can not.
But ...
It depends on what you mean by 'on my iPad'.
If you mean 'running NinjaTrader as an app natively
on the iPad', then the answer is, no, you cannot do
that -- there is no native NinjaTrader app for the iPad.
As stated in many places, the NinjaTrader software
is only built for Microsoft Windows.
-=o=-
However ... having said that ...
You can sort of 'fake' it. Let me explain,
1. Many people will use VM software on a Mac (like,
I think, Parallels or VMware Fusion) and install a
copy of Windows into that VM and then install NT8.
They are then running NT on a Mac, but really they're
still running on Windows -- because technically, it's just
NT8 running on Windows running in a VM on the Mac.
I suppose the same could be done with Linux ... just
realize you're never ever ever ever ever going to get
away from Windows. Seriously. Never.
2. Many people pay for a remote server, called a VPS,
which allows you to use an RDP client for connection.
This VPS is effectively a remote Windows server, which
is ideally located in Chicago, and you run your NT8 on
that VPS -- and then connect to it from your local machine
from home. But here's the beautiful thing: you can connect
to your VPS from any device that has an RDP client, which
includes Windows, Mac, Linux, Andriod, iPhone, iPad, etc,
just about everything supports an RDP client. And these
RDP clients can run full screen, with multi-monitors, and
sound, etc. They effectively make NT8 look practically
native to that device -- but, still, like I said, it is really NT8
running on Windows on a VPS, somewhere on the internet.
So, if you'd like to use your iPad device to connect to your
Windows based VPS which is running NinjaTrader, you can
certainly do that.

Many have tried (including me) and enjoy using the VPS
services of NinjaMobileTrader. I connect to my VPS from
a multi-monitor Win7 PC and trade manually using Chart
Trader just fine.
Enjoy!

Hello iceman2018,
Thank you for posting.
While NinjaTrader Desktop is not supported with the Mac OS it is possible to trade with the NinjaTrader Web platform from an iPad using any browser. To access the NinjaTrader Web platform, go to your NinjaTrader Account Dashboard and click "Trade" on the left-hand panel or from the NinjaTrader mobile app which can be downloaded from the App Store.
Let me know if I may be of further assistance.

Good point. I wasn't thinking about the new Web/MobileOriginally posted by NinjaTrader_ChristopherJ View PostEven though NinjaTrader Desktop is not supported with the Mac OS it is possible to trade with the NinjaTrader Web platform from an iPad using any browser.
platforms that became available in the 8.1 transition.
But is this possible to do with any brokerage account?
Does the NinjaTrader Web platform support all the same
kinds of brokerage/prop accounts and data connections
as the NinjaTrader Desktop platform?
