BARCHART.COM Chart Not Showing

I’ve subscribed to the real-time data service at Barchart.com and set up a connection in NT’s Data Connections dialog. I then connect using the MultiProvider (Configure -> Configure -> Barchart.com connectoin). When I open a chart and enter a symbol (e.g. TSLA), no price bars appear—yet I can see the bid/ask values tick on the chart trader panel.

I noticed others have reported the same issue... Is there a workaround or specific setting to get the bars to render? Are there additional steps required on the Barchart side or within NT’s Chart settings?

Any help would be greatly appreciated—thanks!

Are you connecting to anything else other than Barchart? You also might have subscribed to real time data for Barchart but not historical data; you could check with their support to ensure you are enabled for this data.

I’ve got it working now—turns out Bitdefender was blocking the ports Barchart needs. I simply added an exception in Bitdefender’s settings and the charts loaded immediately.
