Holiday hours not loaded for 2025

Hello,

Ninjatrader has not loaded any holiday hours templates for 2025 for me. It only shows holidays through 2024.

Is there anything I can do to refresh so that my system has accurate holiday hours for 2025?

Thank you for posting on the NinjaTrader forums.


Reviewed the trading hours via Tools > Trading Hours and checked the 'CME US Index Futures RTH' and see these holidays:





Also reviewed the 'CME US Index Futures ETH' and this is what I can see:





Are your trading hours missing these holidays?

Thanks for your help.

Yes, I can confirm I do not have any holidays for 2025, except for this past Friday holiday, which I manually entered.

Thank you for the additional screenshot.


Please go to Tools > Database Management > 'Update Trading Hours Templates' and make sure 'Predefined trading hour templates' is checked on, then click on 'update'.


Once done, restart the platform and see if you are still not able to see holidays for 2025. If you're not, contact our support team at clientservices@ninjatrader[dot]com.
