    SuperDOM

Hi, how can I scroll through SuperDom prices using the mouse wheel? This was possible in previous versions, but not now.

    Hello dajunuka,

    Thank you for the message.

It is still possible to use the scroll wheel to move up and down on the SuperDOM price ladder.

Click the SuperDOM window once so it is the "Active" window > Then, hover the mouse cursor over the price ladder and scroll the wheel.

Please let us know if we may provide any further assistance.

Hello again, thanks for answering. If I hover over the price and press the wheel, nothing happens; the prices don't move. In fact, when I hover over the SuperDom, they stop. Don't I need to activate the function somewhere to be able to scroll the price with the mouse wheel?

        Hello dajunuka,

        Thank you for the update.

The SuperDOM is supposed to hold when the mouse cursor is over the Ladder, but the scroll action should still work.

If you try scrolling in another program like a web browser, does the scroll wheel work?
        • If not, then there is something wrong with the mouse scroll wheel in general and you could try another mouse or get a PC/Windows tech to look at it.

If yes, it works in other programs, then please open NinjaTrader in Safe Mode and test if the scroll wheel works on a SuperDOM window while in Safe Mode:
If the scroll is still not working on the SuperDOM, then the only remaining step is a fresh installation of NinjaTrader and testing if the scroll wheel works on the Clean installation.
        • You may follow the steps listed below to completely uninstall and reinstall NinjaTrader.
          • Close all running applications.
          • Navigate to your Documents folder > Right-click on the 'NinjaTrader 8' folder > Rename > rename the folder to 'NinjaTrader 8 OLD'. DO NOT delete this folder.
          • Uninstall NinjaTrader within Windows Control Panel.
          • Navigate to C:\ > Program File (x86) > Delete the 'NinjaTrader 8' folder if it exists
          • Reboot your PC.
          • Once these steps are completed, please log in to your dashboard and download and install NT8:
        • From here, you will want to sign back in, re-enable Multi-provider Mode, and then re-configure your Connection and test if the scroll wheel is working as expected.
If the behavior continues on the fresh installation, then there is something else happening in the PC that is preventing the scroll from working as expected and you'd want to speak with a windows or PC technician for further help and information.
