Gold Candlesticks(If you can call them that)

Does any know how to make the GC candlesticks look regular. I had the same problem with it on Trading View and had to opt to have micro gold open instead to have them appear as expected which to me makes even less sense. It's primarily all I trade so it would be a blessing to get this fixed.

Thank you for posting on the NinjaTrader forums.


As the instrument moves closer and closer to its rollover date you will see less and less volume for the previous contract, especially on more granular timeframes such as the 1 minute chart you have loaded. Without the volume required to create a range for a candle, you'll see what are called 'doji candles'.

As MiCe1999 suggested, the instrument you want to use is GC JUN25.
