Not getting real time data in my evaluation account

Hi, I have an evaluation account in ninja trader with Alpha futures, I can't get real time data to trade even if I try to subscribe, it won't let me.

In this case, your market data is managed through your evaluation service provider, please get in contact with their support team for further assistance with your request.

I was curious, so I went looking for answer.

In the FAQS, their website says,
"Before you begin (using NinjaTrader), you MUST login to Tradovate with
your credentials provided in Alpha Futures Dash and sign your Non-Professional
Agreement. You will NOT have real time data in NinjaTrader until you do so."

Did you do that?
