Chart color not BLACK

Hello Everybody! There is this one problem that has been driving me nuts.

I set my chart background to black, but it seems there is a super light gray transparent overlay over the charts.

In order to see complete black on the chart briefly, you must click to expand the chart trader column. This only shows complete black until you let go of the mouse.

So, why can't we achieve an actual black screen chart.

I am using 8.1.4.2 and am able to set my chart background to black as expected:





Can you please post a screenshot of the behavior that you're describing?
