ATM pending orders not always opening

I am submitting orders via ATI using the method indicted in the docs and including my ATM template name as part of the strategy line.

Occasionally, my entry is placed but the pending stop and target orders are not.

Why would this happen?

Additionally, to ensure that the ATM opens 100% of the time, what is the exact method that should be used?

Hello fibbee,

Have you created your own C# application and are using the API NTDirect.dll interface?

Or are you using OIF files?

Are you providing a new unique ID for the order and the atm strategy instance?

Are you waiting until the entry fills before expecting the stop and target?

Does the atm template name match exactly, including capitalization?

Are there errors appearing on the Log tab of the Control Center?
