ATM OCO orders live on the desktop?

Today, my PC 'said' that my profit target filled, yet in reality my profit target was not executed until after stop loss triggered which resulted in opening a new position. Total mess. Is there a way to make OCO orders server side only, or at the least, server side stop loss?
