ES continuos for Indicator but ES front month for Charts?

Thank you for the message.

NinjaTrader's Market data doesn't provide Continuous contract data. That is why the Default Merge Policy within the platform does its best to make any chart look like a continuous contract.

If you do have a data provider that can provide Continuous Contracts, then yes, you could hide a Continuous ES Data Series in the same panel as the Instrument with the Contract. Then, base the indicator on the Continuous contract:
