Why still?

why this stopped me out at market close? had no stop in place.



why SIM doing this still? why not fixed yet? unusable.

Thank you for posting.

So I may look into this further please send an email to [email protected] with "ATTN: Chris Jameson" in the subject line.

In the message, please include the following:
1.) A link to this forum thread.
2.) A copy of your log and trace files.
3.) The order ID that closed the position which can be found in the Executions tab of the Control Center

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your email.

• Open your NinjaTrader folder under, "Documents" (sometimes called, "My Documents")
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as an attachment in your email
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.

Oh look it's done it again - different FX pair tonight:

Are you submitting your entry manually? If so please right click in your order entry window and ensure "Auto close position" is disabled. Next go to Tools->Options->Trading->Check if "Auto close position" is enabled and if so uncheck this box then click OK.

If you are running an automated strategy also right click on your strategy in the Strategies tab->Edit Strategy->Confirm "Exit on session close" is disabled then click OK.

Please let me know if the issue persists after these procedures.
