False Open position after closing all orders

Whether I trade 3, 5, or 10 accounts using the Apex Trade copier, about 50% of the time all of my orders close as they should when the target or stop is hit. However, Ninja still shows an open order on the account trader with the associated running profit or loss on my chart. This is not a Apex Copier issue. It is opening and closing all the accounts as it should. The only thing I can do is immediately look at my profit/loss column to determine if one or more of my contracts is still changing value. The only solution is to close NInja Trader and reopen it which clears the error. Trading is stressful enough without worrying about whether one or more orders is still possibly open. Is there a solution for this? Thanks

Thank you for posting on the NinjaTrader forums.

Please forward your log and trace files to our support team using the instructions below:

1. Press the "Windows Key + E" on your keyboard to open the Windows File Explorer.
2. Go to Documents/NinjaTrader
3. Left-click on the "log" folder to highlight it.
4. Right-click and select "Compress to ZIP file"
5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 with the "trace" folder
6. Send these .zip files as attachments to your email response.

Once received we will also look for more information such as the order ID(s) in question so we can take a closer look.
