Range Extreme Lines

I'm trying to attach a horizontal line to the high and low extremes of a trading day. Is there a way in the settings to attach a price like that? If not, is there a 3rd party drawing tool that would do that?

Currently there is not a snap mode for the horizontal line drawing tool however you may use the link below to submit this request to our product team for consideration to implement in future releases:

if you want the daily high and low drawn automatically you can apply the "Current day OHL" indicator to your chart and disable the "Show open" option in the indicator settings to display only the High and Low.
