Please make sure that you are connected to the account before generating the trade performance report. We have also seen some users have to wait a couple of seconds before the data appears.

yes, it is connected and the Tradovate orders/excutions show up in the Control Center tabs, but not the Trade Performance.

the Apex Rithmic accounts and SIM show in Trade Performance

Which version of NinjaTrader are you using?

version 8.1.4.1 64-bit

I sent a note to Apex and they said to review the Connection instructions. There it says to leave "Connect on Start up" disabled.

That seems to work...but would prefer to not have to manually connect the accounts.

Other connections are OK to connect on startup (Rithmic, CQG)
