flow shift between graph and notebook

Hello, I'm basing my position on my charts and candlesticks, but the quote differs from what it actually is. I'm connected via fiber, very high speed, nothing works with the platform. Ninja or data reloading doesn't allow synchronization, the quotes on the charts are always late. What should I do to get real-time information, knowing that in the morning (EU) I have no problems.

We can't see it very clearly in the attached file, but at the time I'm writing these lines on the graph the price is at 92 and in the book it's below 70.
I would like to point out that if I disconnect from my data provider (from the connection), the notebook no longer displays anything, but the quote and the candles continue to be drawn....

I tried to send my problem directly from the platform via email, but I still get an error that blocks the request!

So I may look into this further please send an email to [email protected] with "ATTN: Chris Jameson" in the subject line.

In the message, please include the following:
1.) A link to this forum thread.
2.) A copy of your log and trace files.

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your email.

• Open your NinjaTrader folder under, "Documents" (sometimes called, "My Documents")
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as an attachment in your email
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
