Startegy Analyzer Error

When trying to open strategy in new windown from optimized strategy it brings up a completely different strategy than the one thats supposed to open. Can anyone help with this and tell me why its happening

I am not able to reproduce this following the steps in the video.

If you upgrade to the latest version, 8.1.4.2, are you still able to reproduce?

Does this also occur if you test using the SampleMACrossover?

If yes, I would recommend testing on a clean install.

• Close all running applications.
• Navigate to your Documents folder > Right-click on the 'NinjaTrader 8' folder > Rename > rename the folder to 'NinjaTrader 8 OLD'. DO NOT delete this folder. It will contain all your old files.
• Uninstall NinjaTrader within Windows Control Panel.
• Navigate to C:\ > Program File > Delete the 'NinjaTrader 8' folder if it exists
• Reboot your PC.
• Once these steps are completed, download and install NT8 from the link below:
  • https://account.ninjatrader.com/welcome
    • Click on the 'Download' button in the bottom right.
• After you have reinstalled NinjaTrader, recreate your Live Connection.

After completing the fresh install, try testing this out again. Please let me know the results of the test.

Having just stumbled on this issue recently; I found that I was missing one or both [XmlIgnore] or [Browsable(false)] property attributes for certain Brush or TimeSpan serializable parameters. It's tricky because when these are missing, it doesn't show up as compile or runtime errors. But it will prevent a Strategy Analyzer optimization iteration from replicating to a new Strategy Analyzer window (or tab) in Backtest type and then select the next available strategy. One time I did get the following popup error in NT8.1.4.2.
