    yellow window apex

    ​My version of nt8 is 8.1.4.2 64-bit, i tryed to reinstall nt8 (erasing program files && documents) bu the problem is the same, i coulnd connect. thanks

    Thank you for posting.

    So I may look into this further please send an email to [email protected] with "ATTN: Chris Jameson" in the subject line.

    In the message, please include the following:
    1.) A link to this forum thread.
    2.) A copy of your log and trace files.

    Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your email.
    • Open your NinjaTrader folder under, "Documents" (sometimes called, "My Documents")
    • Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
    • Send the 2 compressed folders as an attachment in your email
    • Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.

      Si su cuenta se configura como solo para administradores debido a la caída de fondos y no la restablece manualmente, pasará automáticamente al estado inactivo y se desasignará durante nuestra próxima limpieza programada. Esta limpieza se realiza todas las noches a las 00:05. Esto significa que no podrá ver la cuenta en Tradovate hasta que se restablezca manualmente o mediante la refacturación. Para las cuentas de Rithmic, este proceso se realiza cada 7 días. Es decir, una vez que su cuenta pase al estado solo para administradores, se eliminará después de 7 días si no se restablece.

      NOTA: Si solo tiene cuentas inactivas, perderá el acceso a las aplicaciones de terceros que requieren al menos una cuenta en estado Activo o Solo Administrador. Esto incluye operar con su cuenta SIM en NinjaTrader. Puede seguir accediendo a los datos de mercado a través de Rithmic Trader Pro, pero no a través de NinjaTrader hasta que al menos una cuenta se active de nuevo para operar.​
