I encounter an error when connecting to Tradeify.co using the Tradovate connection in NinjaTrader 8.1.4.2 64-bit. This issue was occurring even before this version. I believe it also happens with the Apex Tradovate connection, though I’m not certain what causes it. I haven’t found a solution other than spending 30 minutes each morning switching between connections, clearing historical data, and clearing the cache until the data finally loads it’s exhausting. Since the error messages aren’t descriptive beyond this point, I’m unsure of the next steps. I’ve tried a fresh install, but the problem persists. I trade with several different prop firms.

It's might be a problem with the chart in your workspace. When you reinstalled, did you delete the My Documents \ NinjaTrader 8 folder or did everything load right back up as if it was never reinstalled?

Please use the following instructions to send us your log and trace files at clientservices@ninjatrader[dot]com.

1. Press the "Windows Key + E" on your keyboard to open the Windows File Explorer.
2. Go to Documents/NinjaTrader
3. Left-click on the "log" folder to highlight it.
4. Right-click and select "Compress to ZIP file"
5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 with the "trace" folder
6. Send these .zip files as attachments to your email response.
