Barchart data not loading VXN chart at all

Hi, i recently subscribed to indices data from barchart, however the chart is not loading at all what so ever, just a black screen.

I have set up the VXN in the instrument list and i have entered the correct code ($VXN).

There are no errors which come up on my log files, it connects to barchart without any issues after configuring connection with my log in details.

I have also tried to load VIX, but that does not load either, i am trying to load 1 min chart on both.

Please send your Log and Trace files to clientservices@ninjatrader[dot]com using the instructions below.

1. Press the "Windows Key + E" on your keyboard to open the Windows File Explorer.
2. Go to Documents/NinjaTrader
3. Left-click on the "log" folder to highlight it.
4. Right-click and select "Compress to ZIP file"
5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 with the "trace" folder
6. Send these .zip files as attachments to your email response.

HI thank you for the reply, i have the log folder compressed and sent to the email as a reply.

I have checked log, it only shows a connection to bar chart, no other errors
