FXCM demo account does not display proft and loss

Hi,

I have an FXCM demo account connected to my platfor. I use demo account to make operations but these operations are never displayed in the "account" as per screenshot. Porif and loss are always zero. I use chart trade and on it I see orders when I open it but I can not track them if they are not registered in account. How can I solve it? thank you

Hi Luis, yes sure. I tried for several days with both SIM but nothing to do...both not work. Any idea?

In this case, are you using SIM101 or SimAccount1? It doesn't matter that you are connected to FXCM. What does matter is the 'display name' of the account that you are using. I believe you are under the impression that FXCM has its own SIM account whereas its overall just a local simulation account available within NinjaTrader and only visible to you.
