Bars are incorrect after opening the program.

Good afternoon! I have a paid subscription to NinjaTrader for real-time data.
However, after logging into the platform and loading the charts,
I notice that historical data is displayed correctly,
but real-time streaming data differs significantly.
This happens regardless of when the platform is started.
How can I fix this? I keep receiving different data

    Hello Danila,

    Thank you for posting.

Can you tell me what data provider you are connecting to within NinjaTrader.

    Thanks in advance.

        Good afternoon,

The difference in real-time data obtained from data servers and data feeders depends on various factors, including the quality of your internet connection and your system configuration (CPU and RAM).

        To ensure better performance:
        • Connect using a LAN cable instead of WiFi.
        • Update your system drivers.
        • Check your internet connection speed.

Additionally, please clarify where you are checking the data from, as the source may affect how real-time data is presented.

Please reset your instruments and Trading hour templates with the steps below.
          • Disconnect from any data providers by navigating to the Control Center > Connections menu, and left-click on "disconnect" that appears to the right when hovering your mouse over any active connection
          • Next, reset your instruments by navigating to the Control Center > Tools > Database Management
          • In the Database Management window, under the "Update instruments" section, ensure that "General properties", "Futures expiries" and "Symbol mappings" options are checked and then click Update
          • In the Database Management window, under the "Update trading hour templates" section, ensure that "Predefined trading hours templates" is checked and then click Update
          • Restart NinjaTrader
          • Right click in your chart->Reload All Historical Data
Please let me know if the issue persists after this procedure.

            Hello Christopher.

I did all the points of your recommendations.
But on tick charts it repeats. Again, when opening the platform,
historical bars are normal, but those in real time are huge.

This is what the chart looks like after opening the platform:

So I may look into this further please send an email to [email protected] with "ATTN: Chris Jameson" in the subject line.

In the message, please include the following:
1.) A link to this forum thread.

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your email.
              • Open your NinjaTrader folder under, "Documents" (sometimes called, "My Documents")
              • Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
              • Send the 2 compressed folders as an attachment in your email
              • Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.

                Christopher, Thanks for your help.

I found the issue. It's trivial.
I got a new a data feed, but stayed on the old connection.
Now I changed the access settings to the correct ones, everything worked fine.

P.S. I noticed that if someone write to me "send your logs",
turbo mode for finding errors immediately turns on
in my head and I always find them myself))

                Thanks again for your help.
