Time discrepancy between mobile and desktop

Hallo,
Right now it is 17:19 and on the mobile app the bar that is forming is at the 17:00 marker while the bar that is forming on the desktop version is at the 17:30 marker. How can I fix that?

Thank you for posting on the NinjaTrader forums.

Are these all on the same time frame? Keep in mind that the NinjaTrader application does stamp the bar at the end of the bar.

e.g if the chart is a 30 minute bar and it is 1:30pm, the bar stamp will read 2:00pm.

Same Instrument, both set to 15 minutes.

They do not even print at the same time???

And the charts do not match? I use FDXS 03-25 on the desktop and Micro DAX Index March 2025 on mobile.

Make sure the PC clock on both computers is being
synced with a time server often.

I use Dimension 4 and sync every 2 minutes.
