Server Side ATM

Hallo,
I have a few questions about Server Side ATMs.

What I would like to do: Place an order on Ninjatrader Desktop, which automatically sets a Stop Loss and a Take Profit after triggering. Then I would like to be able to manage my position on the mobile app. And vice versa.

If I understand correctly that should be possible with Server Side ATMs. So I downloaded the newest NinjaTrader Version but the option is greyed out. I have read that this is because I am using Ninjatrader Continuum and that I need to switch to Ninjatrader. What are the differences between the two, other that I can use Server Side ATM with Ninjatrader?

Then I have read that the mobile app and the web application already use Server Side ATMs. Does that mean that they are already using Ninjatrader instead of Ninjatrader Continuum?

One additional question. When I want to change from Continuum, do I just add the Ninjatrader connection with the same credentials?

Thank you for posting on the NinjaTrader forums.


You would need to use 'My NinjaTrader' on your desktop as well - there is no difference to you as a user that would benefit you using Continuum over the My NinjaTrader connection.

It will however, provide you with access to the mobile and web app, as well as allow you to use server side ATM as you outlined.


If you want to use My NinjaTrader, just log in with the same credentials as you do on mobile and the account dashboard.
