    stuck Cancel Pending Order that cannot be removed

    I get pending orders stuck frequently. For this test I just needed to by at market 20 times to reproduce it. See video.

    I did a stress test using a simple ATM with 5 ticks stop and target and nothing else in the entire platform and trading on the Ninjatrader Simulation account.
    This is simply an ATM trading on Ninjatrader Servers Demo Account. There is no code of mine involved, it's all Ninjatrader.

    The orders get easily stuck, too easily, and when it happens I also can no longer trade for the rest of the day since the yellow stock order compresses the chart.
    How is this behavior on live accounts? I am afraid to go live with a problem like this.
    What can I do to mitigate the problem?

    This 46 seconds video is simply an ATM trading on Ninjatrader Servers Demo Account. There is no code of mine involved, it's all Ninjatrader.

      Thank you for posting on the NinjaTrader forums.


      Could you please send your log and trace files to our support team at clientservices@ninjatrader[dot]com? Instructions below:
      1. Press the "Windows Key + E" on your keyboard to open the Windows File Explorer.
      2. Go to Documents/NinjaTrader
      3. Left-click on the "log" folder to highlight it.
      4. Right-click and select "Compress to ZIP file"
      5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 with the "trace" folder
      6. Send these .zip files as attachments to your email response.

        Thank you Luis,
        I wrote to support after reinstalling the platform from scratch and with a completely clean installation and no indicator added to it I placed manual trades with ATM. I then submitted the trace and log which shows the problem. Support is helpful as always great but they are also basically saying that the problem relates to missed replies from the exchange. I guess this is the Ninjatrader server simulating a lack of communication and I didn't ask. specifically.
        What is not clear is why even a simple basic tool like MT4 never misses one and this much more serious platform misses so many. So I am left with a lot of doubts and I am forced to follow up testing competitors behavior.
