Chart lagging. Apex with Rhitmic.

Hi everyone,

I've been using NT8 with Rithmic through an Apex Evaluation Account for a week now. Since yesterday, I've noticed that the price movements on the chart (candles) are lagging. For example, on the 30-second chart, I still see the candle at 13:30:30, while in reality, the time is already 13:35:00. The price level also differs, so when I place a trade, it gets executed at the wrong price.

Restarting helps temporarily, but after some time, the lag starts again.

Apparently—though I'm not 100% sure—it happens after more or less strong price movements when volatility increases.

Thank you for posting.

In most cases the issue is due to amount of workspaces open, amount of data being calculated or something within the workspace taking up to much resources on a PC.

Please close any workspaces that may be running in the background as these will also take CPU resources.

To close workspaces go to the Control Center->Workspaces->Hover your mouse over any workspaces that do not need to be open and select close.

Within your current workspace please close any windows that are not needed such as charts, SuperDOMs, etc.

Please right click in your chart(s) and verify the days you currently have set for "Days to load". If possible can you reduce this value to the minimum amount of data you require then restart NinjaTrader and let me know if this resolves the issue.
