Hi Support,

After I uninstalled and installed desktop simulator of Ninja Trader, I'm getting the error below after successful login and click on the simulator button. Below is what shows in my C:\Users\chris\Documents\NinjaTrader 8\log

Unhandled exception: The component 'NinjaTrader.Gui.NTMessageBox' does not have a resource identified by the URI '/NinjaTrader.Gui;component/tools/ntmessagebox.xaml'.

I also tried running as administrator. Still having same issue.

Thank you for posting on the NinjaTrader forums.


Please use the following instructions to send your Log and Trace files to our support team at clientservices@ninjatrader[dot]com.

1. Press the "Windows Key + E" on your keyboard to open the Windows File Explorer.
2. Go to Documents/NinjaTrader
3. Left-click on the "log" folder to highlight it.
4. Right-click and select "Compress to ZIP file"
5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 with the "trace" folder
6. Send these .zip files as attachments to your email response.
