    Possible bug with indicator lines

Since the last release I've noticed something I've never seen before. I have an indicator that plots non-continuous lines over the chart. If I double on a line, often one of the endpoints shifts. I can't grab any endpoints / anchors and move the line, so I know the system knows these are not supposed to move. Unless you have a new attribute to associate with plot lines that prevents this behavior, I think this is an introduced error brought in from the latest release.

    Hello dweems,

Thank you for posting on the NinjaTrader forums.

Is this on version 8.1.4.1? Is the indicator you are referring to a third party add-on? If not, are you able to replicate this and willing to share a video on this post so we can attempt to replicate?

    Thank you in advance!

Yes, it is 8.1.4.1. I'm using a Windows 10 laptop. I've never made a video. Can you give me some steps to follow to create one?

        dweems,

I believe you can use the snipping tool already installed on your Windows device and switch to record. Here is a great article I was able to find online:
        Thanks!

I could only do a snip (Shift Windows S) and not a video (Shift Window R). So I used snip and created two images and made a PDF with them that's attached. Hopefully you can see that the line I've outlined has shifted after selecting. An interesting fact is it doesn't happen on all lines. I clicked a bunch that wouldn't move until I got to this small one. It moved every time I clicked it.

            Hello dweems,

Thank you for the screenshots, this is still helpful.

Is the line locked? You can click to select, then right click to select the option to lock/unlock. What about the other lines? Last, what Snap mode are you using?
You can verify this by going to the drawing tools icon up top and looking at the snap mode.

            Thank you!

Yes, they are all locked, whether they move or not.

As for Snap, I chose the one for the full window. But none of them would allow video. According to a google search, there's supposed to be a recorder access with Shift Window_Button R, much like Snap which is Shift Window_Button S. But on my laptop it doesn't do anything. Too bad, so sad!
