Top Step routinely freezes

I've tried on multiple computers and have the newest version of ninjatrader 8. But when using TopStep, with a strategy, the charts freeze after about 30 minutes and become unresponsive. Any strategy running stalls as well. If I switch the strategy account to sim or live trading, I have zero issues. Is this possibly related to how Rithmic is hooked up when using topstep?

In the message, please include the following:
1.) A link to this forum thread.
2.) A copy of your log and trace files.

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your email.

• Open your NinjaTrader folder under, "Documents" (sometimes called, "My Documents")
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as an attachment in your email
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.

Do you subscribe to level 2 data on your live account? Perhaps the strategy is requiring additional data that it doesn't have from the TopStep connection.
