    225254 Cannot route the order at this time Error

    For some reason i'm getting this error when I try to place a trade or order.

    I successfully placed a trade after market open today but now I get this error on further trades.

    Is there something going on, NT is my broker. Connect / Disconnect restart does nothing. Apex via Ninja Trader and Rithmic is working fine.

    I have the same error code from a few minutes ago. I was able to open a trade on MCL, but i cant close it now, nor enter any other trade. Im on the phone waiting for assistance to see if account is locked..

    I cant enter or exit trades from my cell ninja app, nor trading view, nor desktop app.

        just got off the phone with Ninja.. They are having problems with a service provider of theirs... they cant do anything, and i cant close my trade. no timeline.

        service is not acceptable. if i had a full mini on..this could have been disasterous.

            This is crazy. I have a mini on and can’t do a thing. Except maybe cross my fingers. NOT acceptable…

                Update: looks like the issue is fixed. I just now able to close my position. This really stressed me out. Now I'm to scare to place a new entry

                  thank you for sharing the update, fingers crossed for you and others stuck in positions.

                  I wish there was an updated source we can check for issues https://status.ninjatrader.com or some such as most companies have - especially since this involves finance that can turn costly very quickly.

                  Really we should be able to get email notifications of any issue.

                      Thanks all for posting on this thread and sharing the info from NT. I couldn't get through to the phone line right away so assumed many others were having the same issue and then found this.

                        Hello Everyone,

                        Thank you for reaching out.

                        We were made aware of an outage with CQG that affected all brokerages connected to their servers, not just NinjaTrader users.

                        They have since resolved the behavior allowing users to connect again.


                        If a user had orders affected by this behavior, you need to reach out to your Broker/Account provider directly and get further help from them directly.


                        If something similar ever happened again, the user would want to reach out to their Broker or Evaluation Provider directly for further help and information.
