Mobile App

Hi I have a desktop lifetime license. The questions I have are:

1) Can I use the mobile app with the same license?
2) In case my pc crashed, can I use the mobile app to close out positions.... and if not other than to ring a brokerage desk hoping someone answers, what other alternatives are there?

Thank you for posting.


To clarify is your account with NinjaTrader Brokerage or use the Tradovate connection? If so then yes you can use the mobile app with the same Username, Password and license. If your account is with NinjaTrader Brokerage and your PC crashes you can use the mobile app or you may contact the trade desk at [email protected] or by phone at 312 423-2234.
