I already had "orderflow" added to my ninja acct

    I already had "orderflow" added to my ninja acct

    I already had "orderflow" added to my Ninjatrader acct but when I logged into my Ninjatrader account (desktop) I got the following

    "Please go to the Plans section of the Client Dashboard to add 'orderflow +' functionality"

    So now everything else is good except for the fact that I no longer have order flow access, which allows me to see my market profile functionality.
    How would I get them back?
    What dashboard are they talking about???

    Hello Spartacus,

    Thank you for posting.

    Did you purchase the Order Flow+ add on from the NinjaTrader Account Dashboard? If so when logging into NinjaTrader Desktop ensure you are using the same Username that was used when logging in the dashboard when you purchased this feature as this will be tied to that specific Username.

      Thank you for looking into it.

      Yes, I had signed up for it about 2-3 years ago and did not need to purchase it because of my lifetime license, and it has been up and running for that long with my ability to invoke all of the orderflow apps, specifically the market profile app. Every day since the time I had signed up for it I had no issues. My username and passwords have always been the same.

      This morning was the only issue I had, which is the attachment I sent you prior.

      The latest news is that when I exited NT and relogged in to NT desktop, that message did not appear this time and everything else looked normal, Nothing else was done and I was able to invoke the MP app again with no issue.

      What happened this morning was nothing that I did any differently from my end, just to let you know.

        So I may look into this further please send an email to [email protected] with "ATTN: Chris Jameson" in the subject line.

        In the message, please include the following:
        1.) A link to this forum thread.
        2.) A copy of your log and trace files.

        Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your email.
        • Open your NinjaTrader folder under, "Documents" (sometimes called, "My Documents")
        • Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
        • Send the 2 compressed folders as an attachment in your email
        • Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.

          Hi Chris,

          First of all thank you so much for the work that you are putting in to figure out what happen, secondly, sorry for the late response that i am sending you, which is an attachment that you requested, thirdly, don't sweat it too much because I am good with continuing my trading on the ninja platform with no issues. You guys always to a great job, Thank much.

            No problem at all, glad to help out. When reviewing your screenshot it appears you currently have access to the Order Flow+ add-ons with the Username you are currently using when logging into NinjaTrader Desktop. To clarify is everything now displaying as expected with no errors?
