Phanton Trades?

So I have a new funded account I started on 2.26.25 and I'm currently up $1572.... But NT is showing a negative balance of $19,123. I only have 1 account which is PA# 64...I see these huge losses in trade performance under trades...I have mo idea where these are coming from. See attachment

Hello Ken,

Thank you for posting.

To clarify are you only seeing these losses within the Trade Performance window? If so please use the steps below to repair your database:

• Disconnect NinjaTrader from any open connections
• Go to Tools->Database Management
• Expand Repair DB
• Click Repair
• Once finished restart NinjaTrader
• Generate a new report

Please let me know if the issue persists after this procedure.

No I'm sure I'm see my trades as well as these huge losses which I have no idea where they are coming from

In the message, please include the following:
1.) A link to this forum thread.
2.) A copy of your log and trace files.

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your email.

• Open your NinjaTrader folder under, "Documents" (sometimes called, "My Documents")
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as an attachment in your email
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
