My NT desktop platform only opens up on safe mode. I have deleted all the workspaces and the problem still persists. When I try to open it normally the NT icon just stays loading and nothing happens

Thank you for posting.
Are you currently using the Apex Investing add-ons? If so we have been made aware of some other users not being able to open the platform if they are using some Apex-investing 3rd party add-ons.
Please close NinjaTrader then install the Apex Investing latest version then test once again. If the issue persists please reach out to their support team to get steps and information on how to update their Toolkit and add-ons to stop it from blocking NinjaTrader
