I am wondering what is definition of gross pofit/loss in account tab. For example, just before 5PM easter time day, it shows gross pofit/loss is -$12000. However,, in the trade performance, it shows today's loss is $9800. Why there is $2200 discrepancy?

'Gross Realized PnL' is defined as 'Realized profit or loss before commissions have been subtracted.' It's likely that the follow up question is likely going to ask if commissions are expected to be that much.

Could you please share the Trade Performance report that you are seeing what 'display' mode you are using?
