Blank charts, candles disappearing when changing time frames

Hello!
I installed Ninjatrader today,
I am using it with Topstep and Rithmic.

I can get my rithmic acct to connect to NinjaTrader, In Ninjatrader, I can see my accounts, I can see my P/L moving within NT.

When I make a new chart, select the instrument. (MES MAR25)
It's a blank chart. I tried changing the data series, and got the chart to start printing candles, but it is not showing any past candles.
If I for instance, let it sit on a 1 minute chart, let it print lets say, 10 candles, and then move to a 2 minute chart, it starts over and starts printing the first candle again. If I go back to the 1 minute chart, the 10 candles that had just printed are now gone, and it starts printing the first candle again.

Please help me, I am pulling my hair out.

Thank you posting.

This has been reported to our Development Team and is being looked into further. In the meantime please add the 03-25 expiry manually with the steps below to resolve this behavior.

• Go to the Control Center > Tools > Instruments
• Search for the Futures instrument MES> Double-click it to open its properties
• Scroll down to the Contract Rollover section at the bottom and click the box to open its properties
• Click add to create a new rollover date
• On the right set the Contract month to 03-25
• Set the Rollover date to 12/16/2024
• Click OK
• Click OK
• Disconnect then reconnect
