    Unrealized pnl from chart and control center not in sync






    Hi all,

    I since a week ago I have this problem where my unrealized pnl from the chart is not in sync with the unrealized pnl from control center.

    It seems there is a delay but it’s very critical.

    I have do the following to try to fix this issue.

    -sync pc time

    -sync rithmic time

    -tested this in safe mode

    -tested in new workspace

    -reloaded historical data

    -re installed Ninjatrader in new documents

    -wiped and installed windows on pc

    -tried on my laptop that I used many times before

    -tried other internet connections

    None of above have worked. It seems that there is a problem on the backend of my account. I did contact the Ninjatrader’s help and dit this with them with no luck. For now I am waiting on response. I have seen similar problems like this on the forum but couldn’t find a solution.

    So I hope someone can give me some advice or help as I can’t trade with this problem.

    Thank you for reaching out.

    If you have an ongoing case with support, please provide me with the case number and I can look into it for any updates.

    If you have not yet done so:

    Please send in your log and trace files so that we may look more into what may be occurring.

    You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support

    Make sure to categorize your request at the top.

    Ensure 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.

    If you could also provide a screenshot of what you are seeing, that would be appreciated.
