I reinstalled Ninja. In documents, there's a NinjaTrader OLD file. It's huge and fills up my hard drive. Can I just delete it? Thanks.

Yes, if you do not need to retrieve any prior NT info after re-installing, then you can feel free to delete that "OLD" folder.
We advise to rename folders instead of deleting them when troubleshooting, just in case clients find they need to go back and grab maybe a custom indicator or workspace from their prior installation.
But if you have no need for any old files, you can definitely delete the folder.
