    Replikanto - machine ID needed

    I am trying to purchase Replikanto but have a demo Ninja Trader account and thus am unable to generate a machine ID. How do I get around this issue?

    Thank you for the message.

    A user's account status has absolutely no effect on the NinjaTrader Platform's Machine ID. That is always present no matter what.
    • Sign in and open NinjaTrader
    • Go to the Control Center > Help > About
      • The Machine ID is listed here.

    From here, you would need to reach back out to Replikanto's support team and ask them for further help installing, activating, and setting up their add-on software.

      I'm connected to Ninja Trader thru V2 cloud. How do I find the machine ID thru there? Your steps do not bring it up thru the Ninja Trader login site

        Thanks for the clarification - Let me ask it another way - Do I need to have Ninja Trader downloaded on a PC to get the machine ID issued?

          Regarding the Machine ID, this identifier is only present within the NinjaTrader Desktop Platform and is specific to the installation on your local PC. It is not stored or accessible online.

          If you would like to proceed, please follow the steps outlined in my previous response.
          • Alternatively, for further assistance with Replikanto, I recommend reaching out to their support team directly.
          • Since Replikanto is a third-party add-on not developed by NinjaTrader, we do not have documentation on its setup or troubleshooting steps. For any issues related to that add-on, their support team will be the best resource.

          If you are still experiencing difficulties, please include a screenshot of the window where you are encountering the issue.
