PCR index from Kinetick returns blank chart

I'm trying to add the Put Call Ratio to my chart to see the correlation to ES. I have Kinetick data and have ensured the $PCR ticker is mapped to the Kinetick symbol VRET.Z (which is their tick for the CBOE Put Call Ratio). When I create a new chart with the $PCR ticker it comes up blank. I have checked to make sure I am connected to the Kinetick data feed and my real time data for indexes is sourced from Kinetick. Connecting only to Kinetick doesn't solve the problem. Other indexes I use (like the Tick and ADD) work perfectly.

Any ideas as to what I have missed or have done wrong?

It looks like PCR has been discontinued for some time now and not expected to produce a working chart. Please contact your data provider directly if you have further questions regarding this index.
