Real-Time VIX Data

I used to be able to log into continuum to get real time vix data on my chart. I have an indicator and strategy that need to pull that data real-time.

I upgraded to version 8.1.3.1 64-bit and I no longer see the option to log into the continuum.

How do I get real time Vix data feed now?

And how can I get the volitatly data for the others like VXN, VXD, and so on?

Thank you for posting on the NinjaTrader forums.


This option is still available, you might just have to enable the 'multi provider' option via Tools > Options > General > Multi Provider.






VXN, VXD are not available as part of NinjaTrader' subscription offerings.

Was able to get the continuum re-loaded. Well check the VIX tomorrow to confirm its giving real time data.

Hi there,

Is there a way to update the Account Display name when is the continuum? I know how to do it with the regular account display. The continuum account display has the account number in the name. I dont want my account number to show when I am recording live. And yes I know I can hide the column in the control center but I want to show proof its not a sim account without showing my account number. Is also shows that way in the ATM as well.
